Immediate Openings for Contractors
Therapists: Licensed with a Maryland State Board (ie: Social Work or Professional Counselors, etc) and have experience in providing clinical services to individuals and families.
Rehabilitation Coordinators (PRP program)
Must have at least one of the following:
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in a Health Related Field
- 30 hours or equivalent of college credit toward a degree in a Health Related Field
- One year of work experience in a supervised mental health setting
Below is a list of documents you must provide to our Human Resource department. Once the application and resume have been reviewed, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to set up an interview.
- MMHC Application
- Resume
- Copy of education degree or transcripts
- Social Security Card/ Birth Certificate/ Green Card
- State Driver License
- Driver’s record (report from DMV in the state where licensed)
- Proof of Automobile Insurance
- CPR and First Aide Certifications
- Verification of Licensure (Therapist Only)
- Proof of Liability Insurance (Therapist Only)
- Criminal History Background Investigation (This requires you to be fingerprinted and this will be a cost to you. All individuals must pass the Background Investigation)
